27. Legal Requirements for Webmasters

Owning websites do have legal implications, even if you don’t live in the US. Not so long ago a few successful netpreneurs found themselves in deep water and this became very topical. Some were fined heavily, and others were bankrupted.
Now, I don’t want to panic anybody, but I do want to make you aware of the potential problems of working online.
There is a package of legal documents available from Len Thurmond that covers all of the possible scenarios. Simply plug in your details, and paste the documents to your site.
This is something I think you should get (especially if your sites contain products that are eaten or applied to skin etc).
