 These things do happen.  Your site wont be penalised, but your page may be so that it wont rank.

		<description>This has worried me to no end.  Although I have not done anything I don&#039;t think will be useful for my readers, still one never knows what others may be doing to other people&#039;s site.  For example, someone copied our article verbatim and pasted it on his website leaving out the resource box, in other words pretending that the article is his own.  Now because he is a more savvy marketer with a better PR, where we are not even close to being one, we will probably be penalized for duplicate content.

Thanks to you though that you letting us know about these things.  You are one cool guy!

This is priceless information...  I would never think of looking for all that,
although I must say that I tend to not try to brake the rules, how would
i know if I don&#039;t know the rules...

As you said many marketers will ignore that stuff and that gives some advantage to those of us who want to follow the rules to stay in the game
